• Services provided for up to 24 months for single mothers (18-35) with child(ren).
• Resident will reside in a single family dwelling.
• Resident must be employed.
• Resident will be responsible for rent and utilities. 
• Case management services provided to assist residents with short and long term goals.  
• Resident must successfully transition from Short Term Housing Program
