Pastor Bobby Hill, Ph.D. has served in full-time ministry for 46 years. After relocating from Texas to Virginia, Dr. Bobby Hill served as the Senior Pastor of New Life Christian Fellowship and led its growth to a thriving multi-campus church for nine years. He received a Master’s in Theology from Regent University and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Nonprofit Management from Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida. In 2001 he founded Vnguard Ministries which he currently serves as the network’s International Director. He is broadly recognized as an apostolic leader and is considered a spiritual father to pastors and leaders across the globe.
Currently, Dr. Hill is Senior Pastor of Riverbend Church in Northern Suffolk, Bobby travels extensively internationally as a conference speaker and advises churches and ministry organizations through The Hill Consulting Group.
Rosalind Stanley, MA, LPPC has spent nearly 30 years in the people helping profession. She has served in local, national and international organizations, ministries, and churches, and has engaged in inner city and overseas missions. Roz continues to give back through volunteerism and through her gift and God call to spirit/soul healing, pastoral counseling, mentoring and training with a focus on helping people achieve their goals and be their best.
She is a devoted wife, a mother of five adult children, (including her son in law) and grandmother to eight precious grandchildren. Roz and her husband, Arthur, (also ordained as a pastor) spent more than 10 years serving as pastoral counselors and trainers for area churches providing discipleship counseling and pastor/leadership training in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. They currently reside in the Tidewater area of Virginia.
Nneka Green has built a career centered on providing tax, accounting and advisory services to business owners and non-profit organizations in the Hampton Roads area for over 20 years. Her interest in this field began as a volunteer, assisting others while she was navigating compliance requirements as a tax-paying citizen.
After Ms. Green obtained her BS in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, her journey in the public accounting space continued as an employee at a couple of local firms. She then transitioned to co-owner of a business for just over 10 years and is now the Principal at Green CPA PC. Over her career, Ms. Green has been dedicated to being her client’s trusted professional; helping them “understand their numbers” to make effective tax-informed decisions and focus on what they do best.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking and traveling to engage in new cultural experiences.
